The Big Five Inventory (BFI) is a self-report inventory created in late 80s (John, Donahue & Kentle 1991) and considered as one of the shortest personality assestment instrument. It measures across five personality traits as follow: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism, Conscientiousness and Openness.
BFI is suitable to be administered to 15 year old and above. For each statement, please indicate how much you agree it describes your personality using the following scale: Disagree strongly, Disagree a little, Neither agree nor disagree, Agree a little and Agree strongly. There is no right or wrong answer.
